Officer Jellystick

Claims to have been the original cop from the Village People. His radio is constantly buzzing with incomprehensible transmissions and he spends his time on the beat deciphering detailed donut orders. Whenever a good time is being had, he is sure to interrupt and read off a list of transgressions & violations. (He drops the charges when he is invited to join in and participate.)
