Quasi (Mr. Moto)

A childish grandfather-figure with the heart of a child and the energy of a teenager. As leader of Big Nazo, he initiates adventures and ideas, announces the plans, toasts the victories, & eulogizes the faliures. He's an "Our Town"-type narrator with a Blues-singer's attitude, functioning as a sports commentator to surrounding action, always concerned that the onlooker understands what's going on. Quasi confronts hecklers and tries to resolve conflicts. Very outgoing, proud of his acrobatic & contortionist abilities, yet humble and sometimes self-deprecating.
